Hey,
Myntra has deactivated my account without giving prior warning.Mentioning the cause of deactivation is it has been identified to be in violation of
Myntra Fair Usage Policy..
I have been using this account since past 2 years and I am frequent user and I have ordered many stuff in past.
Even I have paid for all order stuff.
Recently i ordered 8 sarees of same color for my reception to pick the perfect
option..and next time when iam trying to login my account is not opening..i wanted to have some refund and exchange but i was unable to do so..My concern is if you find someone account is crossing the violation of terms and condition.Then you should also restrict them to place order and you should not deliver them the product and shouldn't accept the payment..after allowing all these things ..how could you block the account..I have left out with 8 products net worth of 16, 000 ..which is of no use..It's a kind request please understand the concern and processed with some resolutions..
