I have returned the product that I have received today in the same condition I get but still what kind of mockery is your quality check like you are saying that I received the product at around 1 pm in the afternoon today only and send the product back at around 5 pm and during this time I have used your product and it doesn't pass the quality check..woww your quality check team wow...have some common sense.
This is really absurd by myntra to force CUSTOMER to get the product and to not refund the money.
And most of all the color that was in the product description(which was black) ...that is not the color of product(in actual it was greenish) ...you have mentioned black in your description but it was greenish in color ...so check your quality before sending the product to CUSTOMERs and falsely telling them to accept the product by lying about quality issue as you are here on fault, so you can't force or blame the CUSTOMER...and get away with it
This is totally absurd by myntra as i have received the order at 12:48pm(exact time) in the afternoon and placed the return request at 1:02pm(exact time) as the color was not black as described in the product description and you are telling me that it has been used or i missed any tags, this is really ### from your end and i want total refund of my money otherwise i will file a case against you in consumer court.
