I ordered Ethnovogue Black and peach lehenga on dt.19/11/2021. I received parcel ethnovogue golden and black colour lehenga with duppatta on dt.26/11/2021. So I complaint myntra customer care On 26/11/2021 with ticket No. [Incident: IN[protected]]. But, still my complaint not solved. All customer care representative told to wait 24 hours from compliant generated but still today my issue is not resolved. Myntra customer support told me that will get back to you in 24/48 hours. But, after that magic can happen in these 24/48 hours, my ticket can be auto-closed by their CC support. Than i will call them again, and regenerate my ticket via customer care and they close the ticket again, this circus continues.
I chased it for really long, some 1 months, opening/reopening tickets. Finally they said that as per our system, Medam- your order is delivered that is fresh product and that’s why we will consider that only. Sorry we can’t do anything further.
So I have to write on this .Also I share images of my products with brand tags on Myntra customer care. I attached image which I ordered and which I received. It's clearly shows I received different Product. also I didn't like the wrong product which myntra deliverd to me. My 9702 rs is simply a waste and of no use. I already shared all images with tags And I wrote complaint on the same day whenever I received parcel though pickup is pending still date. I confirms that this product is unused and as same as I received the parcel. All tags are attached which it provides to me.
