I have placed an order of buying Tshirt on 30/09/2019 and I received wrong product that is totally different from the original product (as per the image shown in website ). Because of this, I have requested exchange of it. When the delivery boy come to exchange, he asked me to give original product, which I didn't receive.I said that I have received wrong product, that is why, I requested for exchange. He didn't take the wrong product because he has original product image in his mobile and he has to take only that product shown in image. Till now this process repeated 2 times. Regarding this issue I have made a complaint also by calling myntra customer care but I didn't receive the correct response from them. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 29, 2019 Updated by Bobby9 I have received information from them like this even though I have provided all the proofs of having received wrong product. This is so irritating and as of now I think like I wasted so much money and time in this issue.
