I placed an order on Myntra as of 17th august 2019, 8.05pm IST for a total of Rs 5329.90, In this order was "PUMA Men Black Basket Classic LFS Sneakers" Size 10, qty 1 for a total of rs 3184.82.
Its 9/19/2019 today. firstly when i received the ordered turns out what i received was an entirely different product. What i ordered were blue shoes, i got black, The material was supposed to be leather, which it wasnt and the fact that the product delivered to me is a size 9 and Mid tops infuriated us further.
we did however believe it could have been a mistake and initiated a exchange request, stating our issue.
Each time the delivery boy came for the return he denied the return since he kept insisting the product didn't match the description and that he cannot take it with him.
We tried calling multiple times and each day a supervisor told me it will be resolved.
Firstly the Merchant cannot be sending an incorrect product and then blame the customer for their inadequacy in resolving the situation.
I have attached herewith what i received and im sure myntra knows what they promised.
They had no right to keep my hard earned money with them for an extended period of time and it goes against everything the Brand claims to stand for. they advertise easy return but this is nothing but an ordeal. Today also i was told that someone will come and take the incorrect product and may be after a month Myntra will issue me a refund. But i dont believe they will do anything now. If they could, they would. May be its time Myntra understands the repercussions of not trusting their customers, which i will no longer be a part of.
