I bought an all terrain crocs from Myntra 2 days before….the first time when it came it had a small defect…so I exchanged it….but when i got a new product the 2nd time….it was even worse….one of the clogs had no strap and had small holes in it….I tried exchanging it the 2nd time…..this time when the delivery boy came …..he said this can’t be accepted as it is damaged……i got the product yesterday and yesterday only i had put it up for exchange….when I contacted costumer care they are saying….complaint has been registered….but will take time….
Is this my fault?….why should i be suffering for the mistake which has been happened by them….it cost me like 2500 RS to purchase the product….and when i got it….it was damaged….never expected this from a reputed company like myntra….
I want my money back or replace my product with a good one as soon as possible…..
