On 30 November 2021, Myntra Delivery agent brought opened package thus, had tampered with our product. When we refused to accept, he snatched the package, ran away yelling verbal abuses. This is regarding complaint no. IN[protected]. Case managers Sumaiya and Surya Prakash said on call that action (suspension etc.) will be taken against delivery agent due to his rude and illegal behaviour, however, in final written resolution of complaint, there's no action against delivery agent. Myntra blatantly ignores illegal practice and behavior against a CUSTOMER by an employee (delivery agent) of their company/business. If company is not interested in taking a strict action, then don't lie that they will.
After this, I called and raised multiple tickets over the course of 2 weeks but all were closed without reading and without any resolution.
This company employs criminals who sell opened, used products and try to loot from CUSTOMERs their hard earned money. This company is engaged in fraud and malpractice. Mine is one of the many cases where it's clear Myntra treats its CUSTOMERs like ###. No one should purchase from a company which has become the subject of infamy. Was this information helpful? |
