Myntra.com — illegal transfer of credits and account suspension

I am not able to login in my account, myntra team at call centre says i had requested to transfer my credits to some other account where as i did not. I had a high amount of refunds in my myntra account and may be this is a trick by myntra itself to suspend accounts with high credit value.

How can they suspend my account without my approval to suspend.

I bought a black jeans from Myntra and it had good fitting so i was satisfied with the product but just after the first wash it got torn from the thighs it's not acceptable from Myntra.
