I've ordered a U.S .Polo white sneakers with an Order ID # 1192457 [protected].. We recieved a defective product with gum stains on the shoe soul.. We've placed an exchange with all the tags intact and it was canceled as the shoe had stains which was just the way we received it.. I've again escalated the issue but the response is that it is quality checked and there is no they can help.. The shoe has gum which spilled out of soul which can easily be understood.. why would we apply gum to the shoe.. having gum mark on the shoe they delivered is completely fault from the Myntra and why would I waste my money and suffer for the wrong did from their side.. I want this product to be returned and want my money back
