Myntra.com — I'm complaining about citibank myntra cashback offer december eoss 2017

On december 22nd i place an order on myntra as there was offer of 15% cashback on eoss on payments made by citibank debit card. However i do not see the cashback in my account even now.

Upon enquiry i just got to know that they have credited to all the customers as on by feb 26. Where as its not true. I had forgotten about the cashback and when remeberd and on checking my account there is no cashback received at all.

Why was it not mailed to each customer when cashback sent to their account.

But i am disappointed by this behaviour because i have not received the cashback at all. It just looks like luring customer to shop in name of cashback offers

Had ordered for W for woman Kurla, but received kurta from Biba brand, placed a return request for the same.Return request was accepted by Myntra and reverse pick up was arranged.However courier guy did not accept the product saying they dont have authority to pick up wrong products.Want to return this product
