Myntra.com — I'm complaining about showing product delivered but didn't get any product

Recently I was ordered roadster black shirt, my Order Number:[protected]-7651901, But I didn't get product and showing delivered, i was recently complained and but saying its take may be 7-8 days, , Why customer face to much problem, this type fraud not expected from Myntra, And one of the executives (Tany shree) saying company haven't policy to cover your loss), Company haven't not any policy for customer facing any type of fraud, I was asking to her, give me your id number, she said, I didn't provide you because this is not under our company policy
