Hi Myntra Team,
My Name is Ashish and I have placed an order with Myntra for Arrow Shirt Blue and White Strip in Order ID # 1192250 [protected].
Here I have placed an Order for Arrow Shirt Blue and White Stripe and I have received the wrong shirt with yellow and white stripes.
I have placed a return for this order and the delivery person has informed me that this can not be returned and I need to reach customer support. I have reached customer support and received communication that I need to share images, price tags of the product.
Now I just checked that the price tag has not been attached with the shirt. Looks like Myntra intentionally sent me the wrong product removing the price tags, so that I can't return the product and I have to keep the wrong item only.
This product was for Rs1, 199/-. This amount is not that huge, I can bear the loss of this amount, but as a precautionary measure I have canceled all the other orders that I have placed with Myntra.
Going forward I'll not purchase anything from Myntra, also will never recommend anyone to purchase anything from Myntra.
Also I would suggest you to become professional and learn at least something from your competitor "FLIPKART"; in regards to the customer satisfaction.
