Myntra.com — in[protected] - received broken glass vase.. refund not being initiated

Address: Firozpur, Punjab, 152002

Received broken glass vase "aapno rajasthan gold glass vase". Trying to return a product but to no avail. Since 3 weeks asking for return but they keep asking for photos.. 10 photos have been sent 4-5 times as on 18th july 2019 still they keep asking for photos.

This is a kind of harrassment i am facing. After every mail they ask for 24 hrs and still put up a query.

Please look into the matter.
