I have purchased a adidas pod shoe worth ₹13, 999 under order id :[protected]-1553303 on 07 march. The shipment was delivered well sealed but there was only one shoe in the box, not a pair of shoe.
I raised a concern in regard to this and kept following up with them. After a few days when i contacted them on 15th march, they stated that my request has been declined as the shoe was completely delivered to me.
They wouldn’t listen to anything and kept repeating the investigation is closed and that’s the resolution they can provide.
Now i have lost my money and have only one shoe which i couldn’t pair with. Was this information helpful? |
