Myntra.com — incomplete product delivered

The product delivered by Myntra is incomplete. I immediately reached out to customer care informing abt their blunder. Their response was that they will investigate. I mean one wait anxiously during the festival to received their items. All they get is DISAPPOINTMENTS. Least expected from Myntra. Dont you Quality Pass . How did it by-pass such a blunder.
