Myntra.com — Instead of 5 product I received one wrong order that is footwear

I have ordered 5 clothes and instead of thar I received one foot wear and when contacted to customer care they are not refunded me amount and not giving proper service and same thing happened second time I ordered 4 items and I received only 3. Such worst experience with Myntra.
