I ordered a Blazer on 9th Nov and received it on 13th Nov . As I opened the product It wasn't worth it, stitching was bad, didn't fit me and the quality was worst. So after 30-45 mins I placed a return of it and the next day it was picked up. After 2 days I checked the status it said "RETURN ON HOLD", I contacted the customer care they said it will be updated. And the update was They need a barcode, but as I wasn't having the product how can I show them the barcode. So I raised a complaint again . Then they said that product quality check is failed and it ll be redelivered to my address. I shouldn't describe all the complaints but I can say that I have called them 4-5 times but last update was that it will be returned to me. I don't understand why the hell its quality check is failed, as I returned the same product and don't have a single tag or barcode left with me. I also have some other complaints with Myntra too because from my mother's ID I ordered 2 product together and only one got delivered. They didn't even return the amount of other nor delivered the product. Literally m very disappointed with MYNTRA. :( Was this information helpful? |
