Hello team,
I placed an order from myntra on 24th dec which was delivered to me on 27th dec. By mistake wrong size was ordered which didn't fit me.
As per the 30 days returns/ exchange policy i tried to submit the request for return on 17th jan but the app/site didn't allow me to do the same. I called customer care and they stated that for the mentioned product the return policy was valid for only 7 days. While this was an exception in the return policy which i never experienced earlier (Having ordered hundreds of items from them) i requested for an exceptional approval to either return or exchange the item.
They are not agreeing to the same & not allowing me to return/replace the product.
This is a wastage of my money and i am very disappointed with the way they are treating my case. Also the customer care executive was very harsh in his tone not to submit any complaint on my behalf.
