Myntra.com — issue regarding return message

I ordered a product. It doesn't fit for me and it is too large. So i wanted to return it. I placed return request before 2 days. I got a message that it will be picked up by 31st. No one had call me till today and 31st evening i got a message like pickup failed as you asked to reschedule. No one called and i didn't ask to reschedule. How can they themselves finalize that i asked to reschedule. Then the product is picked up in the today afternoon but it is not updated in the app and i didn't even get message to my phone.in the app it is showing as return request placed even after they picked up the product it is not showing as picked up.

I have selected one item to order...paid amount through gpay ...my money got deducted but myntra has no order in my account... little bit worried of my money...will I get back or not ...
