Bought two products 1. Jeans 2. Sandals which got delivered today 23july2019and received by my husband since i was out.
And without opening the product (Since i was not at home) i collected the insider points for the same. But when i reached home and opened the packages 1. Jeans was too large for me 2. Sandals i was not comfortable at hence, when i tried to return it the return/exchange options were disabled for the same. And when i tried to call their pathetic customer “support” and spoke to their pathetic and very unprofessional “customer support supervisor” called “sakshi” (Last name not know as she said she will not tell her last name) very rude who doesn’t know how to handle or talk to a customer, she is definitely in a wrong career path, denial of listening to any of my concerns and hung up on me “ seriously “.
And prior to that kept saying “ that’s the policy, we cannot do anything else “. My question is why do you have a customer support team when you can’t resolve a simple problem. Myntra if you are reading this please do something, your customer support sucks.
I am a loyal customer of myntra for such a long time and still had to face these things.
Please help me here it’s not 100-500/- bucks it’s 3kwhich is my hard earned money.
