Myntra.com — item delivered, yet not received

Hello, my name is akshata inamdar. I had ordered a bulk amount of items during the eos sale. I recently got an update that 2 tops were delivered, but i have not any shipment for those 2 tops. I had my parents available at home, also the watchman did not see the person delivering anything.

It is a kind request if you could look into it and get this query solved as soon as possible. I request you either provide me with the shipment or provide a refund for those two items.

I ordered a bedsheet from Myntra which was delivered on July 1st. A wrong item/ color was delivered to me. I attempted to return it but today the delivery agent said he cannot accept it unless I raise a complaint. I need to return this item. The order number is[protected]-1212301.
