I have ordered 2 kurta set(order-id- Order ID # 1185478 [protected]) along with few more items on sep end and Paid in advance. Details of missing items -
1. Hangup- Men Multicoloured Printed Kurta with Patiala & Jacket
2. Hangup- Men Multicoloured Printed Kurta with Pyjama
In myntra site it is showing that 4 items delivered to me on 10.10.21 but only 2 items delivered to me on 10.10.21. I called customer care on 11.10.21 told about missing order they were saying they will resolve the issue within 24 hrs but this issue has not resolved yet. I also checked with delivery boy about missing items but he said he didn't received both items. I am continuously following up with customer care but every time they raise complain & say issue will get resolve in 24-48 hrs. In last call they said they are checking, and it will get resolved after investigation maximum by 20th oct and on calling on 20th they don’t have any update and again asking more days and my money is with them. Now its been more than 11 days...Inspite of checking where the missing items They are just closing the matter by sorry message. Worst customer service. Not even ready to listen properly the issue. I hope in forum they listen & resolve the issue ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
