Myntra.com — item not delivered but customer care said it was delivered properly

On 27 the june i placed order for 4 items by full payment online. On 2nd july 1 item delivered. But problem started as i checked myntra app. It showed 2 items delivered though i did not receive any call or message for undellivered item. I contacted customer care they took the complain. But no progress till now regarding my complain. Everytime they are just extending the dates. Till now among 4 items 3 items delivered properly. But 1 item till undelivered but in app it shows delivered
