I placed this particular order of a Libas Women Kurta set ( including a Kurta and a Palazzo) on 11 October 2018.
Order no.[protected]-6455903
But the package I recieved was an INCOMPLETE order which had only the Palazzo. I straight away placed a return request on the day I recieved the order (13 October 2018).
But around 5 times the delivery person refused to take back the order and exchange it citing the reason that the bill mentions a Kurta Set and we cannot take the incomplete order.
I have called the Customer Service around 4-5 times to resolve the issue but only on 16 November'2018.
I got a mail that the refund amount is processed but till now the amount doesn't reflect in my account.
It has been months and Myntra is by far the most unprofessional shopping site used.
