Myntra.com — Item shown delivered on app, but I didn't actually receive it

I placed order for HRX shoes on Myntra along with many other items. I received multiple packages in a span of 2-3 days, sometimes multiple things in one package and sometimes individual multiple packages from 2-3 different delivery guys.

Obviously no one opens the packets on the spot to check the contents of package.
I was not delivered these particular shoes so when I opened app to check the delivery status on 29 September, I was shocked to see it was marked as "Delivered".
I am clearly stating that I received every other item of my order except these shoes.

I raised a complaint with the Myntra customer care chat on 29 September regarding this and in reply they asked me "in what condition was package delivered, was it sealed, who received it etc" whereas the whole point of my complaint was that I did not receive this package at all.
After raising this point again and again, finally they replied that they are checking and need time till 7 October to respond to me. They also advised me to check with my neighbors etc if they received the package. I did so and confirmed back to them that no one received the package.

After this they replied back on 30 September, that as per their logistic team it has been infact delivered and hence the issue is resolved from their end. I also tried to arrange call back through Myntra app, but I didn't get any call back just an automatic message saying since I didn't attend call, it got cancelled. I have my call logs to show that I received no call at all from them.

This is totally outrageous as they don't even consider what the customer is saying. I have been a customer with Myntra since many years and have done a lot of spending. Why would I need to lie about a stupid 800 Rs. shoes?? If I had to lie and my intentions were wrong, I would have done this earlier too or done it for a higher priced item.

Earlier this year as well, I faced similar issue where Myntra picked a return order for white shirt but then denied to acknowledge receipt of the white t-shirt. Then also they gave their own one side judgement without taking into consideration what I am saying.
I let that issue go too as it was 200 Rs. t-shirt.

But this time I am not going to accept this one side judgement and want either new shoes or complete refund for this particular order. Its my hard earned money and it's my right to claim it.
