Myntra.com — i've 20000 rs in myntra account and they block me

I m a regular customer of myantra. I kept 20000
Thousand rs in myantra acc. And now they block me and not giving proper reply i want my money back. They r avoiding me to return my money plz help i lost my lot of time to call them regularly and i'm very upsad that they kept so much my money. It means if any customer leave a big amount in myantra they block them

I ordered a t-shirt on 23 June and it was supposed to get delivered before or on last date of delivery which was 2 July. Still I've not received my parcel.
