Myntra.com — I've got a wrong product but myntra is not showing any of the option for return or exchange

This is BIKRAM KESHARI want help cause got into fraud by myntra as I ordered a pair of earrings for my friend but the product I've got seems to be purely different from the picture of stuff that I ordered. Therefore I seek help as well as want this problem to be solved so that I could get another real and good one according to the pictures displayed.
