Product ordered on Myntra on 18th July as a gift for my wife, product delivered on 13/14 th aug after kuch delay, i booked for a return and refund after delivery as product was not satisfactory, however delivery agent sent for pickup rejected the pickup claiming that the product had 2 brand names on the dress, 1 Jac brand as shown in Myntra and another was a unknown brand . When I contacted Myntra customer care the request was rejected further without checking or knowing the problem
