Dear sir / madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: bagpack The issue that i have experienced was: sir, my product was to be delivered on 22nd october but due to some delay they told me that it will be delivered on 28thoct but it has not been delivered yet. Today's date -30th oct. It occurred on: 28/10/2019 I want u to change the address to house no-39992/42, 10th cross, anjaneya bhadwane, davangere karnataka and deliver it there. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account. Delivery boy came to location and my uncle handover the shoes to delivery boy and i was still on the call delivery boy told me that shoes is dirty i told him that i used the shoes and went to the outside hardly 1 km to check shoes fitting but he denied and rudely behaviors to me
