I am very disappointed by Service of Myntra in last few months and their call center team members.
I have placed an order dated: and for which I was supposed to receive the Order on 24th October, 2021. Now the fresh Arrival time is 06.11.2021.
My 1st Question to Myntra is which Shopping App delivers the product in 18-20 days when the actual delivery time is just 4-5 days. I am a legal advocate and as per your terms and policy for the customers framed by your company to not allow you to cancel the order when the order is delayed for more than 2 weeks is an injustice and immoral code of conduct of your company. Is this what Myntra wants ? To harass their customers.
The Customer might have purchased for a specific event and he can also adjust for 2-3 days late delivery due to uncontrollable circumstances but beyond that it should be customer choice to proceed further.
The way your call center team are responding is very rude and bad behaviour.
