I had ordered 2 Lavie handbags from Myntra.com. On 7 May 2022 at around 11:30 A.M. I received a package. I opened the package at 1 P.M. and found an invoice of 2 bags but only 1 bag was delivered in the package. I raised a complaint for the same but Myntra closed my complaint saying my claim was false. They refuse to refund me the money or deliver the bag and claim that they investigated the matter and found that both bags were delivered to me. I want to raise a legal complaint about this.
