I ordered multiple items during recent Myntra sale. I got a message that 5 items were delivered but when I checked the package I got only 4.
When I raised an issue on Myntra Support, they checked at their end and after 1 day informed that the investigation is closed and they cannot pass my claim as they did an internal investigation and they know that product was delivered.
I tried talking to their customer support executive and requested them to share a picture or confirmation that the proof they have seen if authentic but they did not help much and suggested that nothing can be done about my money or about delivering the Product.
This is such a bad experience as I have paid for something which I am never going to get. There should be some assurance provided by such a huge company who owns the responsibility of delivering us products through online shopping.
If that is not something which they are able to do - they should revise the process in someway to provide more faith for their customers.
I don't think I can ever purchase through Myntra going forward. Was this information helpful? |
