I got a message on Sunday saying that the product would be delivered on 10/01/2021. Libas Women Green & White Printed Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta. We are at home only and no delivery person came home and contacted us. I was waiting for the package and today i could see that the status is updated as delivered. This is of prepaid order and Myntra cannot do this way with the customers. It should maintain the number of the delivery partners strictly. Please give the refund for the same or arrange to deliver the product correctly. Customer asks the whole story but no action point. Was this information helpful? No (2) Yes (0)

I am long term customer to Myntra and this is the first time i had bad experience. Please dont lose the trust of customers and please look into this asap
