I had ordered M.A.C Studio Fix Pwder Plus Foundation- NC42, order no. is 120686011727692660803 along with other 3 items on 12th of June
On 14th of June I received only 2 items but did not received M.A.C Studio Fix Pwder Plus Foundation- NC42
After complaining about it they delayed my request saying to wait for 48 hrs multiple times till 30th of June
Ultimately on 4th of July they updated in my app saying that claim is been declined
I did not receive another product which was Loreal Face Serum for which I got a refund only because it costed below 500/- INR, just because M.A.C product is expensive they delayed my requests, once they closed my issue saying issue has been resolved but in actual I din receive that product nor I got any refund. I had re open the issue and followed up 100 times
On call also same reply that investigation is going on, delivery partner also called twice to check whether package was tempered or no, but simply no justified revert from Myntra
Myntra being such a big and reliable brand treats their loyal customers like this is not acceptable, I lost 2507/- INR behind this product just because I trusted Myntra
