I have ordered one makeup revolution kit and received the product entirely damaged one . I placed a return request filling in all the details for which I received a message from myntra that my parcel will be picked up by ecom express courier partner but unfortunately they never came to pick up the same.
After that I raised a complain in myntra toll free number regarding this for which I was given the assurance that it will be picked up by 13th oct, 2021 but no result .
After that I received a message from your end that the item will be picked up by 20th (after 7 days from 13th oct) but till now the item has not been picked up consequently I again raised a complaint to the customer care executive but no progress was there.
I am sorry to say that today I got a text message from myntra telling that my return request has been cancelled.
What kind of service does this e commerce site is providing to the customers
If your goal is customer satisfaction then how come this kind o[censored]nreliable and irresponsible actions are done from your end.
I want my product to be returned at any how at any cost otherwise I will complain to the consumer forum regarding this in the portal of Govt of India.
Hope you will do the needful and your intervention will be solicited
