Complaint marked as Resolved I ordered a makeup revolution highlighter palette from Myntra on 20th June 2019 (order no.1112920-9621625-7427803) . On 24th june, i got a message that my product was out for delivery and after sometime I got a message of unsuccessful delivery. When I called on the customer care no. They told me that the delivery agent had specified that I had asked to reschedule the delivery. Whereas, there was no call from the delivery person and he didn’t even attempt the delivery.
On 25th june, i received the package and when I opened it, it was entirely broken. Instead of coming in a bubble wrap it was in a zip lock packet. I called the customer care no. And they have asked me to wait till 72 hours. Kindly resolve my issue by either exchanging the product for a new one or refund my money. Otherwise I will file a complaint.
