I had ordered Mango Yellow & Pink Floral Print Maxi Dress from Myntra for an amount of Rupees 3594 on 7th August, 2022. The product was delivered to me on 11th August. After placing a return request on 11th Aug, the product was successfully picked up post evaluation at doorstep on 12th August round 1pm. Till late evening of 12th August, the product was displayed as Out For Pickup in Myntra mobile app. After contacting Customer support, I got to know that the Product was been put on hold due to tag missing. I confirmed Myntra that the product was picked up successfully after evaluation and the product tags were intact. However, Myntra is raised an issue an put my product on Return Hold with my amount stuck.
