Myntra.com — Mast and harbour sandal

I recently bought sandal form mynta and its Order Number:[protected]-9886201. but after one day o[censored]se one of the strip of sandal ripped out. i put a return request and the return id is [protected]. but the pick up person didnt take back sandal and asked me to contact customer care. i called myntra customer care but they simply denied to take back used product but i use it only few minutes. infact product has one month warranty too but they simply denied and i asked them again then wahts the point ofg warranty on product .i need my refund back from myntra.
