[Resolved] Myntra.com — maybelline broken highlighter

I have ordered one maybelline highter from Myntra and Today(1.04.2019) I have received my order. Once I opened it the highlighter was completely broken and in very worst condition. I talked to their customer care but they didn’t reply me properly. Myntra customer care is not able to resolve my query. I don’t know what to do now. This is very disappointing that brand like Myntra sending broken products to their customers. Help me in this.

Nothing. I had words without with their customer care but they didn’t resolve my query. Even they don’t have any option for complaint against broken products on their website. I had never think that Myntra services are worst. Disappointed
