Myntra.com — Mens Wallet

I have received a wrong item dated 3rd October, 2022, but, now they are saying it will be returned back, but failed to send any pickup agent dated 4th October 2022, now saying it will take 11th October 2022. More over, because of their mistake, even if I purchase my original item, which has a price difference, Myntra said, not possible I have to buy, even if it cost higher. I am attaching photograph of both product. Item Description: WildHorn
