Myntra.com — Misbehave by agent

As I had placed an order with Order ID[protected]-7596001. I had received the original product with all brand tags and labels, As due to diminished quality issue tried for returning the product with all brand tags, unused and unwashed condition. But at return submission place it is getting delayed again and again. When I tried to call pickup agent, he talked very rudely to me and denied for pickup. When tried to reach myntra customer care they asked me to wait and this is not getting resolved even after filing a complaint. But I hope why customer should face such disrespect and inconveniency. Please consider my problem and provide proper resolution.
