I ordered a product from Myntra, due to size issues next day I placed a return request as per the T&C mentioned I can return within 30 days. Now when the pickup guy on behalf of Myntra comes who neither was wearing mask, nor any Id card anything just a mobile phone saying I am having a Myntra Pickup app.
On handing the order to this guy he suddenly refuses to take the product saying it is damaged. But there is no single damage on the product. All tags everything is intact.
Now during this whole scenario the attitude of this guy was so arrogant, loud, aggressive that it made my neighbours come out and see what is happening. What a shame for me that this is happening for a pair of shoes which I ordered from Myntra. I request a proper action to be taken against Myntra and the Pickup Guy. Was this information helpful? |
