I ordered a dress brand name is westclo, it was a dress with belt.. But yesterday 20/5/19 i received this product without belt, so then after i immediately wrote a return request... And the reason was... (Product received but not attached belt), myntra delivery boy came & told me that this product is not acceptable because... His return option wasn't mentioned in his mobile... When i called customer service they hold my call kept me waiting for a long time & ask lot of questions... I said, that the product is unused, and everything is fine only belt was not received... But he continuously asked me same question... Tremendous customer executive... At last i told him that... I don't want any money return, please return the product... Because they were making harrassed me for returning the money very worst customer service... This is my last shopping with myntra... I liked myntra but not now after this worst experience...
