I had ordered a few items and out of which one item was not delivered but was marked as delivered. I had raised this concern to the team but the team was not able to help me and kept telling me that I had to raise it within 5 days. How would I know that the item was marked as delivered when I never got it and I had lost my grandfather that time and we were in a grieving process. So, I hope you understand that was not the time I can check the app to figure out what got delivered and what not.
You can check my account, I have been ordering so much. Why will I lie that only one item is not delivered ? Doesn't make any sense to me. Also, It was the delivery partner's mistake who did this and didn't deliver the product. This might be a packaging mistake as the same order had 2 same products out of which one was canceled and one had to be delivered. Not sure what was the reason but I didn't receive this item and expect a refund for it.
