I've ordered two guess wallet worth of 11600. Package was tore and was sticked with a cello tape. When I saw the parcel it was torn from
one side and was sealed with white tape.
When I opened the parcel one item was missing from my parcel. Only one item was there another was missing inside. Immediately I called to the delivery person he has not pick up my calls then same day aftn I called to customer person they told me to wait till Sep 1st 2022 then before a day I got a message like my pblm has been resolved and they have closed my issue. Immediately I called them they told of reinvestigating but after reading all reviews of missing product I don't have a hope I'll get my refund or missing product back. I need to take this issue with a higher priority to take to consumer court. Can anyone help me with my issue? Was this information helpful? |
