[Resolved] Myntra.com — Missing package marked as delivered by Myntra | |
On April 29 I had been delivered a package from Myntra which was supposed to contain 3 products. I made payment for all 3 but upon unboxing found that only 2 articles were delivered. So I reported a complaint with both Delhivery and Myntra. Delhivery clearly denied the issue saying that it is the seller's fault and they don't entertain such complaints. Myntra first denied my complaint on May 1 saying that the package passed their necessary quality checks. Then I got the complaint reopened submitting my proofs (images and video) of the box. A new complaint was filed on May 1 and till May 10 there was no update, even after checking numerous times with each customer representative. On 10th, my complaint got denied again for the same reason. So both my product and money have been lost as of now. Was this information helpful? | |
May 11, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Issue has been resolved as escalation manager took up the case. This was done after I had posted about the complaint on this forum and on Facebook, that led to a quick action.
To get a quick response, do post on social media platforms. Myntra would surely initiate a call back to you from one of the escalation managers.
