I ordered a pair of shoes on myntra costing more than rs. 3000. The package i received was empty and myntra is refusing to take responsibility for it. It kept trying for more than a week to get this issue resolved. They first rejected my claim. Later they said they would look into the issue and help me out. Again after several calls they told me that they are not responsible for what happened. I need my money back.
