I have ordered reebok sporty jacket from myntra on 8th august 2019 whose price was rs 3905. I received the parcel on 15th august. I was out of town when the order got delivered. When i was back i saw that this jacket was missing. I immediately filed a complaint to myntra customer care executive. I didn't get any resolution to it as i didn't filed the complaint within 48 hrs. I tried explaining them that i came back on 20th august the moment i saw that the product was missing i filed the complaint. They did a mistake by not delivering the complete order why do i have to bear this loss. (Order no: 111738217469946248103
