Myntra.com — missing product when its delivered

I have ordered BOaT headphone from Myntra on June 30 2019 whose price was Rs 470. I received the parcel on 30th June of the month. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I only got the box of the earphones and the earphones was missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer care executive. The lady on the phone also talked to the delivery agent and I was assured for proper redressal in 3 days. 3 days later I receive an email stating that my claim has been denied and that I will not get any refund. I have proof and also have written assent of the delivery that the parcel was torn. I also have delivery persons as the witness who was present there during this scene.

Same thing happened with me.. i ordered two jeans n three tshirts.. out of that one jeans n one tshirt was missing and myntra denied my complaint.. other online vendors are way superior in their ethics and business

I have ordered six clothes from Myntra on 21 May 2021 . I received the parcel on 24May 2021. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. I only got 2 product inside the package and rest 4clothes are missing. So I immediately filed a complaint to Myntra customer care executive and I was assured for proper redressal in 3 days. 3 days later I receive an email stating that my claim has been denied and that I will not get any refund. I have taken photo as a proof of the torn parcel and also have written assent of the delivery that the parcel was torn.

I want either missing item to be delivered or refund for the Product amount..

If i don not get my product or refund I will sue Myntra till consumer court
On 1 Aug I received the package around 12:50PM. I opened it right away and found that the Talisman (jewellery box) box was unwrapped from its bubble wrapping and the earrings were missing from the box. I requested a call back from customer service right away. I vividly described to them stating that the package seem to have been cut open from side with a razor and retaped again with Myntra tape. Shared the attached images on the Help Center chat link too. They registered my complaint and told me to wait till 4 Aug for resolving the issue. And today surprise surprise, they informed that they found no fowl plays on their service from warehouse & logistics. So my complaint is denied and clearly stated that the issue wouldn’t be entertained further.
Wow Myntra! I didn’t know you guys validate tampered packages and dismiss customer’s grievances based on negation from few of your thousands undocumented workers?! The cost of the earrings is a price I have to pay NOT TO TRUST such e-commerce brands again.

I ordered two T shirts and it is bundle package, but one of the T shirt is missing. I raised the complaint to Mynthra but no response yet.
I ordered(26th of Feb'22) Anouk Women Blue Embroidered Kurta with Palazzos set but received only the kurta on 9th March. I raised a complaint in Myntra and the delivery exe picked up my kurta as per my complaint but he put my return on hold post pickup and asked me to get just the approval from myntra which he mentioned would take only 2 hours and would reach him within same day. From 9th of March everyday I had been calling up Myntra and they are postponing the resolution date from 12th to 14th to 16th now. I have already paid an amount of 944rupees and now Myntra is playing fraud with its customers. Attaching the conversation and resolution dates from Myntra's Escalation Managers that they are denying now.

I ordered a parcel from Myntra cost of the product is 2383

The package what I received was in ekart packet as attached image

There are two items but what I rcvd was only one

When I asked the courier why is this packed in ekart packet he gave a lame excuse that package was tampered but invoice was also missing inside the package what he told was it was not there

How come they can repack like that

Now I couldn’t go back to Myntra for complaints or refund

What’s this!! How to deal !!?

Pls advise checkedthe delivery guy he told will discuss at office but no update till date

It’s not easy to lose hard earned money just like that

Hi, I ordered 3 dresses from myntra.com, from same seller, today afternoon ( oct 8th 2022) I received the ordered with one missing product. they send only 2 dresses out of 3 dresses. I opened the package before the delivery agent itself, i have his number .I paid for 3 dresses as mentioned in the invoice.
I don't know how to raise issue in myntra app that's why i came here to resolve my issue.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

I had ordered Mamaearth detan tan combo from myntra which consisted o[censored]btan face mask, face scrub and face wash. And I only received face wash and face scrub I did not receive my face mask so I did get customer support they approved for refund but I wanted my missing item to be delivered so I denied it as it will take alot of time . So I want my missing item to be delivered to me
