Myntra has declined my refund request for my order for my products worth 2392. I ordered 9 sets of products for my business for which I paid on COD which was paid by my grandfather in my absence. Only 1 set was received in the package and 8 sets were missing. When we placed a refund request the executive came and declined my pickup request and picked up only 1 set for which the refund was provided. Also, he mentioned the reason to Myntra that items were missing. After that when I tried placing another request then too it was declined and they rejected my refund request. Please do help us out with this issue.
